Rolling Pin with Handles
Get a rolling pin with ball bearing handles for smooth rolling. YouŽll also need to have a hardwood or even better - marble - surface at least 12" long to doing your rolling on. Never wash either the pin or the hardwood pastry board - you donŽt want them to wrap. Just wipe them clean with a dry cloth.
